Refund Policy
General Refund Rules for Purchases
If you purchase a Muslim 3D license and request a refund, we will approve your request if both of the following two conditions are met:
1. We received the refund request within 14 days after you received the licence key(s).
2. License key(s) were not activated (redeemed) yet.
Refund Rules for Pre-Purchases
If you pre-purchased a Muslim 3D license and request a refund, the 14 days rule only applies after you received the license key(s). Which means we will approve all refund requests during the pre-purchase phase. The pre-purchase phase ends on the date on which you received your license key.
Exceptions / Special Offers
Limited Editions are counted as special, 'tailor-made' products to support the ongoing production costs of Muslim 3D. Refund requests will only be approved within 14 days after your purchase is confirmed, not after the delivery of license keys.
Refunding
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
One more thing...Even if you fall outside of these rules, you can still submit a request and we will take a look at it. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@muslim3d.io
Right of Withdrawal - Instructions
- You have the right to cancel this contract or your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the product in digital form.
- In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, BIGITEC GmbH, Maximilianstr. 28b, 53111 Bonn, Germany, by post or email to hello@muslim3d.io or via the contact form on our website by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you want, you can use the "Sample Withdrawal Text" shown below. If you make use of your right, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
- To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the cancellation right before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- If you cancel the contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
- For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge you any fees for this repayment.
- As this is a digital product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have already activated the product, e.g. by redeeming the corresponding licence key.
